Issuer rate

We classify issuers as corporations that are actively looking for new financing. CFOs and Heads of Treasury are typical functions that attend PPIF. The issuer rate is applicable only for corporations. Not advisory firms that have corporations as clients. You may be required to provide a Note Purchase Agreement for approval.

Investor rate

We classify investors as life insurance firms, institutional investors, and family offices that are active investors in the private placement market.
