Keith Pettus focuses on turning institutional tax liability into an asset, driving sustainability and impact through public-private tax credit investment opportunities. With over twenty years in the alternative investment space, he has spent the past decade structuring and closing billions in tax equity investments for corporations. He is a Principal on Advantage Capital’s Capital Markets team, focused on sourcing new, and expanding existing, investor relations in Renewable Energy Tax Credits, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, New Markets Tax Credits and various other State & Federal Programs.

Keith earned his BS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and is both a CFA and CAIA Charterholder. He sits on the Board of Directors of the California State Parks Foundation, and is active with other non-profits, including The Guardsmen. He resides in Marin County, CA with his family, spending his free time coaching youth lacrosse, leading a BSA Troop, and “training” their English Bulldog.
