Ken Cotrone has been with the Connecticut Insurance Department for over 12 years. His roles have ranged from Company Licensing to overseeing a team of financial analysts responsible for assessing the financial solvency of Connecticut’s Property & Casualty, Life and Health insurers.

Ken also represents the Connecticut Insurance Commissioner as Vice Chair of the Valuation of Securities Task Force and various other NAIC working groups where he collaborates with other regulators on emerging issues in the insurance industry and its regulation including Impact Investments.
