W. Kyle Gore is Senior Managing Director, principal shareholder, and co-founder of CGA Capital, LLC (and its affiliates), a privately-owned Baltimore area-based company originally founded in 1989 as a subsidiary of Legg Mason, Inc. to focus exclusively on structuring and providing debt and equity for, and distributing and trading securities related to, corporate, governmental, healthcare, not-for-profit, and special purpose real estate assets throughout the United States.

Kyle has originated, structured, and closed over $34 billion in commercial real estate net lease debt and equity financings over the past 35 years encompassing office, retail, industrial, governmental, healthcare, manufacturing, and other properties involving more than 100 separate corporate and governmental tenants in all 50 states. In addition to investing for its own account, CGA provides debt financing and equity investment services for institutional and high-net worth commercial real estate equity investors and developers. CGA’s transaction investors include institutional market participants which collectively manage over $4 trillion and have participated in over $100 billion of real property net lease financings over time. CGA also has served as the exclusive real estate net lease financing effort for RBS Global Banking & Markets, Americas (part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc), and provides advisory services for debt and equity investments in excess of $14.5 billion through its loan servicing and asset management affiliates. Affiliates of CGA Capital, LLC have acquired and retain equity interests in approximately $5.5 billion of net leased commercial real estate assets.

In connection with his activities at CGA, Kyle previously also served as a Managing Director for RBS Greenwich Capital (including serving on the global real estate management committee for The Royal Bank of Scotland) and as a Managing Director of Structured Finance for Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc. He was a member of the Financial Accounting Standards Board industry roundtable and currently is co-leading an industry group working on various investment policies and regulatory matters with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners and the Private Placement Investors Association. Kyle also is a frequent speaker at commercial real estate industry events, and has served on the advisory boards for RealShare Media Conferences, Commercial Property News Net Lease, and The Real Estate Finance Journal. He was named a real estate industry icon by Commercial Property News and a net lease industry icon by GlobeSt.

He has served on the advisory boards for RealShare/Globe St. Media Conferences, Commercial Property News and the Real Estate Finance Journal, and was named a Net Lease Industry Icon by Real Estate Forum in 2013 and a Real Estate Influencer by Globe St in 2019. Kyle was graduated Summa Cum Laude from Dartmouth College with High Honors in Economics and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa
