Santiago Oraa is Co-General Manager and CFO at Celeo. Santiago has over 25 years of experience in the infrastructure space. He was appointed CFO at Celeo in 2009 and in 2023 was promoted to Co-GM/CFO. Mr. Oraa has participated in the configuration of the Celeo Group from its incorporation and has led many financings with different structures, including private placements. Celeo owns a portfolio of 46 investments, including 8.000 km of transmission lines located in Brazil, Chile and Perú, and 350 MW of solar generation facilities under operation in Spain and Brazil. In addition, Celeo is looking to further expand its activities. Santiago had formerly led the Management Accounting department of Elecnor and holds a Bachelor of Business and Administration.
