Todd Marr is the Head of J.P. Morgan’s Global Private Placement Group. He focuses exclusively on the origination and distribution of Debt Private Placements.

Mr. Marr started his career in the Equity Research department at CIBC World Markets where he covered large cap banks and credit card companies. In 2005 he joined The Royal Bank of Scotland’s Asset Backed Finance group where he structured and marketed MBS & ABS securities. In 2008, Mr. Marr moved into Debt Private Placements and since that time has helped over 200 Issuers raise in excess of $250bn from the market.

Mr. Marr graduated with honors from Cornell University with a B.S. in Applied Economics and Business Management.

Mr. Marr currently resides in Darien, CT with his wife and their three children.
