Bastien Baude is a PhD student at the MICS laboratory of CentraleSupélec (Paris-Saclay University). Prior to this, he worked for three years as a Quantitative Risk Analyst in the investment banking industry (Société Générale and Natixis). His research interests focus on agent-based modeling from a risk management perspective, with applications to Decentralized Finance (DeFi) protocols. One of these research projects involves developing an agent-based model tailored for lending protocols, with the objective of determining an optimal risk-aware interest rate model.
