Evguenia Kapchii is an experienced real estate professional. Graduate of McGill University with a Bachelor's degree in psychology and a Master's degree in marketing management, her passionate, intuitive and dynamic nature pushed her to start her career in real estate by creating her own brokerage company (E&E Real Estate). With now more than 9 years of cumulative experience, her reputation is second to none in the field of commercial real estate as she has amassed a net value of multi-unit real estate transactions of more than $300M, since 2018. Using her position of Acquisitions Manager for the real estate investment trust InterRent REIT as a stepping stone, she obtained the title of Business Development Associate for multi-residential acquisitions for Société immobilière Bélanger, which she has held since September 2020. Quadrilingual, ambitious and visionary, Evguenia aspires to continue her ascent as an expert in large-scale multi-residential real estate transactions in the metropolitan areas of Quebec, Montreal and elsewhere.
