Jenny-Kate is a bilingual high-velocity leader with 18 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate, Hotel & Restaurant industries. As a decade-long licensed brokerage professional, she has built an extensive network in Commercial Real Estate and fostered long-standing relationships within the owner and acquisition spheres of the industry. Prior to rejoining brokerage, Jenny-Kate oversaw the Data Solutions Team for Eastern Canada for a global commercial real estate data provider. In this role, she launched one technology solution while scaling a second, and developed a deep appreciation for technology in the built world. In 2020, she founded her own property technology startup, aimed at providing building occupancy data to owners. Jenny-Kate holds a B.Sc. Life Sciences from Queen's University as well as a Certificate in Real Estate and Urban Management from Université Laval.
