Originally from Portneuf-sur-Mer on Quebec’s North Shore, Mr. Donald Larose holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, earned in 1988.

Mr. Larose currently serves as Vice President, Retail Property Management for Quebec. In this role, he is responsible for the management of Laurier Québec and Place Ste-Foy shopping centres, while also overseeing La Caisse’s retail property portfolio across the province.

He began his career in the real estate industry in 1989 with Ivanhoé Cambridge. Since October 2021, he has continued his professional journey with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).

With more than 37 years of experience in the real estate sector, Mr. Larose has overseen the management of more than 15 properties throughout Quebec. Over the course of his career, he has played a key role in several major projects, including the expansion of Place Ste-Foy and the Simons store, the redevelopment of the space formerly occupied by Les Ailes de la Mode, the relocation of the food court, and the reconfiguration of the property’s parking facilities.

He also made significant contributions to the renovation of the Laurier Québec mall and the redevelopment of the former Sears store, helping to modernize and enhance the value of these major retail assets.
