Francis Charron

An ÉTS engineering graduate, Francis Charron cumulates over 20 years of experience in real estate development as a promoter, builder, and operator of many projects. He joins forces with Marc Dubuc of EMD Construction in 2001 and they launch Batimo in 2005. Together, they have completed more than $ 1 billion in projects to date and they currently manage $ 1.5 billion in orders. Among the many honors obtained throughout its history, the EMD-Batimo group distinguished itself by receiving in December 2019 an international award for Best Residential High-Rise Development Americas for the luxurious 1111 Atwater project by the International Property Awards of London and is therefore finalist among the five best projects in the world.

For Francis Charron, it is essential for a chief executive to give back to his community and, over the years, he has received several recognitions for his community involvement. He summarizes his management vision as "making a difference in people's lives".
