Frédérik Boisvert is a seasoned intrapreneur and an influential leader within Quebec’s business community. He currently serves as President and CEO of the Québec City Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIQ), which represents more than 5,000 members.

With extensive experience in public affairs and business development, he has held several strategic positions, including Vice-President of Public Affairs at Chantier Davie Canada. During his tenure, he contributed to the qualification of more than $8 billion in contracts over the next 20 years, helping secure the long-term future of Canada’s largest shipyard.

His career also includes roles as Senior Advisor at Aucoin Strategy and Communications, Special Advisor to the Prime Minister of Canada, as well as positions in chief of staff and communications management roles for several federal ministers. His visionary leadership, ability to build strategic partnerships, and strong focus on execution make him a key contributor to economic development and innovation in Quebec.
