Marie-France Benoit joined Avison Young in 2022 as National Director, Market Intelligence. Responsible for developing and implementing Avison Young's market intelligence strategy across the country, she is also actively involved in the deployment of market analysis solutions on its cutting-edge AVANT platform. Marie-France has over 20 years' experience in the commercial real estate industry, including 15 years with Altus Group in a variety of roles including business development, consulting, content development and product and data platform management. She is recognized in the industry as a specialist in communicating information on the commercial real estate market in all its forms.
