With more than 15 years of experience in hospitality and corporate environments, Marie-Josée Fortier joined Snaile’s team at the start of 2021 to take on the position of Territory Sales Manager, based in Quebec. Over the years, Fortier has distinguished herself through her ambition to evolve and constantly surpass herself. From a housekeeping attendant in a hotel in Western Canada, to Sales Manager in a downtown Montreal hotel, she has demonstrated perseverance and tenacity to achieve whatever she undertakes. Most importantly, Fortier knows how to listen to her clients to offer them the best possible solutions to meet their needs and fulfill their objectives. Fortier's achievements in sales are equally impressive, for example, she was able to double her sales objectives in one year as a hotel sales manager. In her current role at Snaile, Fortier contributes to raising awareness of smart locker technology and assisting clients across the country with their parcel management needs.
