Philippe Lambert joined the CBRE Quebec City office in January 2015, holding the position of Sales Trainee, Commercial Real Estate Broker. Since September 2021, Philippe now oversees the operations of the Quebec City office. In January 2022 Philippe got promoted to Senior Sales Associate, specializing in sales and leasing transactions for office, industrial and commercial properties.

Philippe has over ten years of experience in corporate real estate, including eight in brokerage. His professionalism, versatility, in-depth knowledge of the market and extensive network have earned him an excellent reputation in the Quebec City corporate real estate community. From 2017 to date, Philippe has participated in the closing of 158+ transactions totaling more than 4.4+ million square feet. His multidisciplinary approach allows him to deal with different product lines efficiently and to provide the utmost service to his clients.

Philippe studied business administration and property management. In 2012, he became a member of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) and now practices as a Commercial Real Estate Broker. He previously worked at Groupe De Bertin as a Commercial Real Estate Broker and at LAMCO Promotion immobilière as a Real Estate Manager.

Finally, Philippe is also involved in the Quebec City community by sitting on the Children’s Network and Séminaire Saint-François Foundation committees.
