Virginie Roussin is Co-President of Société immobilière Bruno Roussin Inc., a well-established Québec City company that owns and manages nearly one million square feet of commercial space, primarily industrial. Virginie has been involved in commercial leasing and property management of all SIBR inc.s assets from 2008 and since 2020, she has focused on business development and optimizing ongoing projects.

Through her many interactions with key players in the industrial real estate sector, she has developed a sharp and realistic perspective on the industry. She considers her tenants to be true partners and takes an active interest in promoting and showcasing their businesses and activities.
