Catherine (Cate) St. John currently works as Senior Corporate Counsel, Commercial law at Sanofi US, providing legal counsel with respect to the sales and marketing of a blockbuster pharmaceutical drug. Prior to her current role, Cate was Vice President, FDA Regulatory and Compliance Counsel at NYC-based biotech Kadmon, which was acquired by Sanofi in 2021. Cate also spent over a decade providing expert advice to pharmaceutical clients on off label, kickback and other marketing issues at Arnold Porter Kaye Scholer. Cate is pursuing an Executive MBA at New York University (Stern).
