Sean McDade has been helping companies optimize customer experiences for over twenty years. He is the founder and CEO of PeopleMetrics, a leading provider of customer experience research, software and consulting. Sean has worked with leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies such as Genentech, AstraZeneca, Sanofi, and Novartis.
Sean’s first book, Listen or Die: 40 Lessons That Turn Customer Feedback into Gold is an Amazon bestseller and focuses best practices in customer experience measurement. Sean’s second book, Pharma Customer Experience: 20 Secrets to 10x Your CX and Boost Patient Outcomes, is another Amazon best seller and focuses on CX in the pharmaceutical industry. This book takes a deep dive into how pharma can evolve from manufacturing and marketing products to creating experiences that help patients achieve medical outcomes.
With a PhD in Business Administration and Marketing Science from Temple University, Sean was a recipient of Philadelphia Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 award and is the author of several articles in scholarly journals. He also hosts a bi-weekly webinar called PeopleMetrics Live! where Sean and guests discuss customer experience topics in and outside of pharma.
