Sean’s book, Pharma Customer Experience, is an Amazon best seller and focuses on the patient experience in the pharmaceutical industry. In Q2, Sean will release a second book focusing on Pharma CX called The Psychology of Physician CX, which focuses on the physician experience with pharmaceutical companies. Together, these books discuss how pharma can evolve from manufacturing and marketing products to creating experiences that help patients achieve medical outcomes.
