Ken McKinnon has been with TD Bank Group for over 20 years, joining TD Securities Corporate Banking group in 2003 and the Real Estate Group in 2004. While at TD Securities, he has actively built leading relationships with public and large private real estate, gaming companies and financial sponsors in Canada and the U.S. He has experience in underwriting, arranging, and syndicating senior debt transactions and project financings. Ken currently leads Real Estate Corporate Banking team at TD Securities which includes a team of 16 professionals. Notable recent lead transactions include corporate M&A, bridge, acquisition, project and/or working capital financings for Choice Properties REIT, Brookfield Property Partners, First Capital Realty, RioCan REIT, KingSett Capital, Ventas REIT and others.
