Michael Masotti has over 11 years of brokerage, sales and leadership experience in commercial real estate. In his role as Senior Director, Leasing at Hines, Michael is responsible for overseeing leasing strategy and execution for Hines’ office real estate portfolio across Canada, which includes over 5 MSF of planned, underway and completed projects. Michael plays a key role in managing the project and property leasing teams, and maintaining and growing the company's third-party intermediary relationships. Prior to Hines, Michael spent 4 years at Ivanhoé Cambridge, the real estate subsidiary of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, and was responsible for overseeing leasing strategy and execution for the North American industrial portfolio of direct and platform investments. Michael earned a Bachelor of Commerce at McGill University and holds a certification in financial analysis for commercial investment real estate from the CCIM Institute.
