In 2021, Pascale founded Seewhy, a company dedicated to empowering Boards in enhancing their governance and effectiveness, both collectively and individually, emphasizing the integration of sustainability among other key factors. Pascale brings more than 20 years of experience in advising board and management fostering their impact through strategic involvement in board review, board director’s search, CEO and C-suite succession and leadership development assignment.

Previously, she spent 15 years at Russell Reynolds Associates before joining Heidrick & Struggles where she led the “CEO & Board Practice” and the “Financial Services Practice”.

Pascale started her career as an Assistant at the Solvay Brussels School before transitioning to ING as an Investment Banker.

Educationally, Pascale holds a degree in business engineering from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. She is an ICF Certified coach and is certified in Corporate Governance from INSEAD.
