Thomas Hougaard is the FRTB lead for Nordea Markets and has worked on FRTB for app. 10 years in leading roles. He is Nordea’s trading book representative in various industry associations and is a long-standing and active member of trading book industry forums – where he is a well respected peer. Thomas is Nordea’s representative towards public officials on trading book topics. Other than FRTB Thomas has run numerous strategic change initiatives.
