Second Round of Judging Schedule

The Saudi Event Awards 2026 Second Round of Judging Schedule is now available to help shortlisted entrants prepare in advance.

SHORTLIST ANNOUNCEMENT
Thursday, 23 July 2026

Only shortlisted entries will proceed to the second round of judging. Shortlisted entrants will receive their Zoom invitation and joining instructions on email.


JUDGING FORMAT

Each judging session will last 10 minutes:

  • 5 minutes – Presentation
  • 5 minutes – Q&A with the judging panel

Please ensure your presentation fits within the allocated time. This counts towards your final points on your entry.
