Anthony Frost is a global venue operator with more than 20 years’ experience leading global sports and entertainment venues across the world. Anthony’s leadership and commitment to legacy is recognized amongst his peers for an approach of mentorship and training the next generation of leaders. A champion of inclusion Anthony advocates venues and businesses to be inclusive of all people thorugh employment and empowerment. Recent accolades include Onyx Arena Best Venue in Saudi Arabia, awarded twice in 2025 through the policy and direction Anthony shares with the leadership team.

Anthony’s business focused approach of corporate strategy, developing revenue generation combined with cost efficiency disciplines creates exponential growth patterns. This uplift reflects impacting crowd attendance whilst having a strong commercial return. He has seen growth across all venues he has supported to date and has recently achieved recognition for Onyx Arena to be awarded as one of the first Entertainment Venues in Saudi Arabia achieving its ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, whist pushing forward sustainability ISO 14001.

Anthony’s pathway led him from an Operational Director for a Global Management Consulting Group, supporting global sports and entertainment events within Saudi Arabia since 2019 to operationally leading an iconic venue within the Kingdom.
