Eoghan is a global business leader and qualified (non-practising) solicitor with a career built on a single core capability: winning and delivering complex operations at scale.

Whether navigating the high-pressure environment of the Paris 2024 Olympics, scaling service businesses across 20+ countries, or developing AI roadmaps for giga-projects, he focuses on the intersection of strategy, systems, and people.

Currently, as Managing Director (KSA) for JAM Event Services, Eoghan is focused on professionalising and scaling event delivery across the Middle East. JAM specialises in the "hard" side of events, Health & Safety, recruitment, staffing, and specialised training, ensuring that the region's massive ambitions are met with world class operational discipline.

His professional focus is built on three pillars.

Global Event Strategy & Readiness. From the London 2012 Olympics to Dubai Expo 2020 and the Saudi Grand Prix, Eoghan has led teams of up to 2,500 staff in high-stakes environments. He specialises in the event services scaling phase, ensuring that organisational structures and workforce capabilities are robust enough to hold up when the world is watching.

Entrepreneurial Growth & Commercial Strategy. Eoghan has an "owner-operator" mindset. He has grown businesses from zero turnover to multi-million-pound global exits and understands the mechanics of scaling service-based organisations, bidding for high-value international contracts, and implementing ISO best practices (9001, 14001, 45001, 56002) to build resilient, sellable assets.

Digital Innovation & HealthTech. Eoghan is deeply passionate about how emerging technology transforms human decision-making. Currently completing an MSc in AI and an MSc in Digital Health Innovation, he is exploring the impact of AI on decision-making in negligence claims. His interest lies in the practical application of tech: removing friction, improving safety, and enabling better leadership and decision making.
