Khouloud Ben Khalifa is the General Manager of Rotana Music Company, leading the largest indoor multi-purpose venue in Riyadh, a key destination for Riyadh Season, international concerts, and groundbreaking productions. Overseeing some of the region’s most high-profile events, Khouloud has redefined the role of a venue executive, going beyond operations to shape the artistic and commercial direction of live entertainment in the Middle East. Under her leadership, her venue has hosted some of the biggest global acts, iconic Riyadh Season performances, and pioneering productions, while also developing original content and formats tailored to the region’s evolving audience.

With a Master’s degree in Business Management from La Rochelle University, France, and as a Certified Venue Professional (CVP) from the Venue Management School USA, Khouloud brings a unique blend of strategic expertise, operational excellence, and creative vision to her role. Multilingual, she navigates the global entertainment ecosystem with ease, forging high-impact collaborations between international promoters, touring productions, and regional stakeholders.

Previously, as Live Nation's Booking & Programming Manager at The Arena Kuwait, Khouloud helped launch Kuwait’s first multipurpose indoor arena, establishing it as a premier stop on the regional touring circuit. From mobilization to execution, her involvement extended far beyond event bookings—she played a key role in shaping the country’s entertainment infrastructure, developing sustainable programming strategies, and positioning The Arena Kuwait as a leading player in the MENA live events industry.

Beyond her executive leadership, Khouloud is a passionate advocate for the growth of the live entertainment industry in the MENA region, working to expand opportunities for talent, create dynamic event experiences, and position the region as a global hub for world-class entertainment.

As both a venue specialist and an event promoter, Khouloud is one of the few professionals who understand the business from both sides—operating world-class venues while also building the content ecosystem that fuels them.
