Mayada Maged is the Managing Partner at Staff Arabia Group, a leading HR Outsourcing Global Service Provider operating in 18+ countries. With over 20 years of experience in HR and outsourcing, she has built and developed human resource teams and infrastructure for global giants such as Vodafone, Amazon, Concentrix, McDonald’s, and Technip Italy, ensuring they scale effectively to support rapid business growth. Her passion lies in people development, recognizing human capital as the core asset of any organization—not just from a business perspective but also through corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

A thought leader in modern HR practices, Mayada is at the forefront of outsourcing innovations in the MENA region, bringing fresh strategies to the industry. She holds multiple prestigious certifications, including Six Sigma, Balanced Scorecard, and a Certified Entrepreneur credential from the American University in Cairo (AUC). She has also earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Global Management from ESLSCA Paris University, an HR Diploma from AUC, and is currently pursuing her MBA in Global Management.
