Nisreen Baidas is a highly accomplished hospitality and events professional with more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale conferences, events, catering operations, and commercial strategies across Saudi Arabia. Currently serving as Cluster Director of Events Sales & Planning for Hyatt’s Red Sea Portfolio, she oversees event sales and planning for multiple luxury properties, driving revenue growth and operational excellence. Prior to Hyatt, Nisreen held senior leadership positions with the Saudi Central Bank, Hilton Riyadh, and The Ritz-Carlton Riyadh, where she successfully managed prestigious government, corporate, and social events for up to 5,000 guests. Her achievements include receiving the Marriott International Elite Award for Catering Sales Excellence Leader of the Year (Middle East & Africa) and Hilton’s Best Performance Award for Group, Conferences & Events.
