Solonge Haikal, With over 20 years of experience in the event industry across the Middle East, GCC, and Europe, I have honed my expertise in staffing and managing the operational aspects of each event. As a seasoned consultant, I have successfully created training programs, manuals, and workshops that have contributed to the success of numerous events. Currently, I am proud to be the co-owner of Jabbour Group, which encompasses 10 subsidiaries including Staffing & Hospitality, a law firm, real estate, technical services, Concierge, trading, and holiday homes, among others.

With a vision to create a comprehensive one-stop-shop that offers a wide range of services worldwide, I am dedicated to providing exceptional solutions and experiences to clients across various industries.
