With an impressive career spanning 20+ years managing commercial departments in sports and finance, Spencer has held several senior roles including Head of Global Sales for Soccerex, Director of Business Development & Marketing at FLM and Head of Marketing and Business Development for St James’ Place.
From working with major rights holders like UEFA and brokering 6-figure deals with multiple brands, including the sale of the digital rights for the prestigious Longines Global Champions Tour, Spencer’s experience in the sports industry is both vast and impressive.
In conjunction with advising several high-profile athletes on launching businesses and commercialising their platform to prepare for life after sport, Spencer originally launched PSN in 2015 to support emerging professionals in the industry.
Having built the business from the ground up with no external investment, PSN has since evolved into a global network of more than 46,000 members, underpinned by a team of 20+ passionate professionals spanning offices in London, New York, and most recently, Dubai.
Under Spencer’s impressive leadership, PSN has become the “go-to” network for sports professionals of all levels, as well as an unrivalled, multi-faceted sports agency, synonymous with its successful service offering in recruitment, education and events.
