Charles Phillips is an independent consultant specialising in sustainable development in Saudi Arabia. He serves as an Advisor to ModeScore, a sustainable transport certification expanding in the region, and as a climate change and sustainability advisor to the UN Global Compact Network in Saudi Arabia. He is also an Associate at AEON Collective, a Saudi NGO dedicated to planetary repair.

Charles helps sustainability-focused international companies enter the Saudi market, focusing on business development, research, and strategic communications. He has travelled and worked extensively across the Middle East and holds an MPhil in Modern Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Oxford. He splits his time between Oxford, UK and Riyadh.
