Holds a doctorate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and a PhD in Computer Science. She has worked as a researcher at the University of Trento and the L3S Research Center in Hannover. Her technological skills have been sharpened through trailblazing projects with Microsoft in Singapore and South Korea.

Currently, she is responsible for Almaviva-Moova C-V2X projects, collaborating with ANAS, CAV and the municipalities of Rome, Trento, Verona, and Turin. She oversees the solutions' architecture, integration, and user experience. Chloe has represented Italy in the European C-Roads project (Italy Leader Urban Areas Deployment).
