David is Regional Director, Middle East & Africa, at Faithful+Gould, a member of the SNC-Lavalin Group. As part of his role, he focuses on developing the company’s program advisory services with existing and new clients and assisting in the mobilisation of key contracts.

With over 20 years’ experience, he has covered major programme delivery across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) regions. He has a strong knowledge of the regional economy and the drivers affecting it and has led many initiatives and projects in the programme management and economic space.

Having worked across EMEA in primarily client facing roles, he has been involved in the delivery of some of the most iconic schemes in the world. From Royal Atlantis to Riyadh Metro, Abu Dhabi Airport, Doha Metro, Muscat and Salalah Airports and the development and deployment of PMO’s for government sector clients in Saudi Arabia.

As an advisor to a suite of government and private sector clients, he has established a strong reputation and significant credibility in the area of programme management, economic forecasting and market analysis.
