Dr. Ahmed Aljizani is a transformation leader in logistics, infrastructure, and national capability development with a distinguished track record across Saudi Arabia, the UK, and international platforms.

He served as CEO of the Saudi Logistics Academy and as General Manager of Land Freight Transport at the Transport General Authority (TGA). He has advised key national entities including the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services (MOTLS), Research Development and Innovation Authority (RDIA), National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (NIDLP), and the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF). Globally, he has contributed to strategic initiatives with the Chartered Institute of Transport and Logistics (CILT), Association of British Ports (ABP), International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the Universal Postal Union (UPU).

Dr. Aljizani work focuses on building future-ready mobility systems, advancing AI- and data-driven solutions for urban logistics, and developing digital infrastructure to manage congestion and improve freight flow in rapidly growing cities. His research and advisory efforts center on the intersection of future mobility, smart infrastructure, and urban logistics planning — with a strong emphasis on innovation and sustainability.

He is also deeply committed to innovation capacity building within government authorities, helping public-sector organizations adopt agile, tech-enabled approaches to policy design, service delivery, and infrastructure modernization.

Dr. Aljizani early career and academic foundation in the United Kingdom provided him with deep insight into international policy frameworks, transport systems, and urban innovation. He continues to bridge global best practices with local transformation strategies in the Kingdom.
