Dr. Saad Al Mubayedh is a leading figure in the Middle East’s ITS and Geospatial landscape. As the Founder and CEO of THTC, a technology firm based in Al Khobar, KSA, and Dubai, UAE. Prior to that, he was a faculty member King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia from 1991 till 2006.

Dr. Saad holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University (USA), a Master’s degree from the University of Washington (USA), and a Bachelor’s degree from KFUPM, Dhahran, KSA.

Beyond his executive leadership at THTC, Dr. Saad plays an active role in advancing national development and academic excellence through his service on several boards and advisory committees. He is currently a Board Member of the Roads General Authority and served earlier as a Board Member at the General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information for 6 years

Through his visionary leadership and commitment to national progress, Dr. Saad Al Mubayedh continues to shape the future of transportation, geospatial intelligence, and digital innovation across Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
