Eng. Hani Alghamdi is a traffic safety leader and innovation strategist with more than 13 years of experience in project management, strategic planning, and public sector transformation. He is currently Manager of Traffic Safety at the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing (MOMRAH), where he advances Saudi Arabia’s road safety agenda through the Safe System Approach, developing policies, crash data analysis frameworks, and regulatory standards aligned with Vision 2030.

As a member of the Ministerial Committee on Traffic Safety, he contributes to both the Traffic Data Analysis and Technical Committees, ensuring accurate safety data, guiding enforcement strategies, and advising on measures to reduce accidents nationwide.

holds an MBA with honors from Imam Mohammed bin Saud University and dual bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Power and Mechanical Engineering. He has also completed executive education at Harvard Business School and international institutions in innovation strategy, advanced business strategy, and AI applications.
