Senior Transportation & Infrastructure Executive with more than 17 years of progressive experience in the planning, design, delivery, and operational management of large-scale mobility and road infrastructure programs across the Middle East and North America. Core responsibilities include program governance, multi-modal transport planning, major project delivery, operational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and the integration of digital and performance-based operating frameworks that enable sustainable and future-ready transport systems.

Extensive experience in managing complex road, airport, and urban mobility programs, including Hajj and Ramadan transport operations serving millions of pilgrims, and an active member of the leadership contributing to the evolution and transformation of transportation in Makkah and the Holy Sites through his role with the General Transport Center – Royal Commission for Makkah City and Holy Sites.

Previously served as Program and Client Director – Transportation & Infrastructure at WSP, delivering major transportation and infrastructure programs across KSA, Qatar, UAE, and Kuwait, including airport development, national road corridor initiatives, and Qatar’s Local Roads & Drainage Program, as well as infrastructure supporting the delivery of the FIFA World Cup 2022.
Demonstrated expertise in project phasing, constructability, risk and stakeholder management, value engineering, and maintaining service continuity under live operational conditions.
