Khaled M. Al Kolfat is a senior executive with over 22 years of experience leading large-scale projects and portfolios across construction, infrastructure, and defence. He specializes in PMO setup, governance, and strategic delivery. Khaled holds an MBA and a Master of Engineering and is currently pursuing a PhD in Governance. He is a PMP, PMI-CP, and certified lead auditor for ISO standards, with expert-level proficiency in P3M methodologies including PRINCE2, Agile Shift, and P3O.
