- Led advisory team in hundreds of millions to multi-billion SAR as Director General of Commercial Advisory for Privatization & PPP at the National Center for Privatization (NCP) 2017 – 2024 including but not limited to Transportation and Logistics Ecosystem Projects such as Riyadh Dry Port, Dammam & Jeddah Ports Containers Terminals Concessions awarded to SGP-PIF owned and (DPW, RSGT) respectively, SAR consolidation of Rail Sectors in Saudi in which he was a member in preparation committee of the Land Bridge Rail & Logistics Centers Project during the technical studies, spearheaded NCP team in Governance Framework for Public Transpiration Projects Procurement under Privatization Law including Inter-City Public Transport, before that Hisham was the Director General of Business Development & Assets Management in Airport Sector in (GACA) 2014-2017.
