Maarten Maas - Area manager of OPIS A.G. Switzerland. Graduated from the International university of applied sciences (Larenstein) in Arnhem, The Netherlands in 1984 and started working in road construction at various levels and sub-sectors. He built his career further and wider with his work for various government agencies responsible for land and water management.

In 1999 he started his own business and his soil stabilisation company became one of the top three companies in the Netherlands. He started as a pioneer with the stabilisation technology in India in 2016 and now in 2024, more than 100 companies in India are performing soil stabilisation projects. Only in the state of Uttar Pradesh more than 5000 kilometres are being executed this year.

Since 2022, he sold his business interests and Maarten now evolved to a consultant in the field of innovative soil stabilisation techniques all over the world. With 25 years of practical experience, he believes he can make a significant contribution to the development of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
