Mona Althagafi, Serco’s Country Director for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is responsible for the performance and results of all the various contracts in the KSA. She leads large and diverse teams across multiple sites. She is also responsible for driving growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which includes the operational delivery of our core offering of data, asset and workforce management. She plays an integral role in establishing and growing the Serco’s business in the Kingdom, to support Vision 2030 with a commitment to service excellence and customer experience, strengthened through Serco’s ExperienceLab. Starting her career managing projects, she has since become a vital part of the Saudisation process for Serco, opening our regional hub in the KSA, building on prior-established foundations of 15% Saudi-national representation in high-profile contracts. Bringing over 20 years of local KSA experience, her appointment to this role follows her previous position at the Ministry of Communications and Technology in Riyadh where she successfully led the planning of the Smart Government Strategy as well as the planning and execution of the e-government programme strategy, in line with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
