With over 14 years of successful international experience spanning +29 countries in government, consultancy, and research. Trusted by global organizations like the World Bank, World Health Organization, and GIZ, Mustapha specializes in road safety management, engineering & capacity building. He has authored seven publications, 4 guidelines and conducted numerous road infrastructure safety assessments. As a qualified trainer, he has educated over 1400 professionals in road safety and sustainable mobility, and has developed national road safety strategies and action plans for several governments & organizations.
