Nabeel is the Transport Planning Technical Director – Middle East at Jacobs, leading a
team of over thirty transport planners. A regional mobility expert, he has worked in
the UK, Europe, Far East and the Middle East region for over 27 years. He has led and
provided expert mobility advice for numerous city planning projects, transport
master plans, public transport and mobility corridors. He led development of the
mobility aspects of Dubai 2040 Master Plan and leads the team responsible for
Etihad Rail Transport studies, the Al Ain Region Surface Transport Master Plan and
numerous other strategic projects in the region.
