Phillip is a transport executive in Intelligent Transport Systems, with over 25 years’ global experience. More recently Phillip has been successful in assisting Yunex Traffic (Australia and New Zealand) and Aldridge Traffic Controllers (Globally) grow the business in key markets. Phillip also has a proven history of delivering projects in complex and challenging environments, including world leading ITS projects. He has been particularly interested in shaping project outcomes and businesses for the future. This has included challenges such as implementing change management processes whilst maintaining project delivery or business growth.
