With over 20 years of experience, Richard serves as Transpo Group’s KSA and International Director of Transport & Mobility and Vice-Chair of the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation (CIHT) in the Middle East. His extensive experience in KSA includes transport planning, modelling, parking studies, project management, demand forecasting, feasibility studies, accident modelling, and environmental assessments. Richard has led various multi-modal scheme development and appraisal projects throughout the region, focusing on congestion relief and road user charging. Notably, he served as project manager for the pioneering Social and Economic Cost of Accidents study in Dubai.
