Currently Country CFO for RATP Dev in Saudi Arabia. This includes RATP Dev Saudi Arabia and Capital Metro Company, one of the operators of the Riyadh Metro.

Lead and provide strategic direction to a team of talented finance professionals covering accounting, internal control, financial planning, treasury, Compliance and Tax.

More than 20 years’ experience of global financial management experience between North America and the Middle East. Prior to Joining RATP Dev, I occupied the role of Group Commercial Director at Abela International in Qatar and spent more than 12 Years with SNC Lavalin as a Senior Director, Finance & Support Services for the Middle East.

Involved in complex contract negotiations with private and government entities and have a deep understanding of commercial laws and gained vast experience in compliance, governance, and currently occupy the role of Chief Compliance Officer for Saudi Arabia at RATP Dev.

I hold Doctorate in Business Administration from Switzerland, US CPA, and MBA from York University in Toronto. I am Certified Compliance Officer, Sworn Auditor by the Ministry of Justice and was a lecturer of accounting & finance in Canadian & Lebanese universities.
