Vincenzo Bloise started in Finsiel Group, ICT italian leader company in 1983, after a brief experience in Olivetti and a Master degree in Nuclear Engineer at Rome University, System Analyst from ‘83 to '87, in London in 1988/89 for LLoyds Bank and Hammersmith Hospital, where he developed first patient care application service with prof. Maseri. Back in Finsiel group in Roma, as application development manager for Network & System Management applications, for large finance clients. In 1995 he joined Stream (first TV Cable and Satellite broadcaster, today SKY Italy) as manager for VoD (Video on Demand) platform and Internet "companion channel" services. In 1998 he’s appointed Director, VAS Services in Netscalibur, first European ISP, developing the service offer like Housing, Hosting, E-Commerce, Streaming, ISP/ASP. In 2001 he joined Ferrovie dello Stato Group (italian railways) as Technical Director in FS Lab, the Internet company of the Group. He covered several manager position in the Italian railways Group, being Group Architecture Director, CIO for Regional Division, then charge for the Demand Management & Service Development for Commercial application and Client Information services. In 2010 he joined Reply Group, as founder and CEO of Tender Reply, the company dedicated to Travel & Transportation ICT Services.

In 2013 joined Almaviva - Transportation and Logistics Division, as Business Development Executive, in charge of developing domestic and International market worldwide. At the moment is General Manager in Almaviva UAE and Almaviva Saudi Arabia.

Vincenzo Bloise is also a technical journalist, and acted as “technical advisor” for companies such as Microsoft, SUN Microsystems and IBM. He is member of the advisory board of the Project for the new Sales Systems for China Railways, and is member of CLUB Italia (ContactLess User Board) board of Directors.
