JARI is Jiangsu Automation Research Institute, which is a state-owned holding company under China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC). Meanwhile, JARI is also national high-tech enterprise and set provincial traffic signal control engineering center.

JARI has entered into intelligent traffic control system study since 1997, developed from automatic control device research.
