OVVAC Construction Limited Company is an international construction firm founded through the partnership of Civil Engineers H. Erdem Ablak and Dilan Lateef Polus. The company operates in Turkey, Hungary, and Iraq, providing services under the names Ovvac Yapı İnşaat Ltd. Şti. in Turkey, OVVAC Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság in Hungary, and Ovvac Construction Company in Iraq.

Our founding partners took their first steps in the sector in 2010, with the construction of a party building in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq. By 2021, they had successfully completed numerous public sector projects in Iraq. With the experience and trust gained during this period, they expanded their operations internationally, opening offices in Turkey and Hungary in 2021.

OVVAC specializes in road projects, traffic systems, healthcare buildings, and educational facilities. In every project, we prioritize quality, safety, and sustainability, aiming to create added value in each region we operate.
