Exhibitor Manual & Sustainability

Information and requirements for exhibitors

Welcome to the Exhibition Manual for SuperReturn CFO/COO 2021.

Here you will find the relevant information and forms to complete for the event.

If you have any questions, please contact Rachel Lewis

Please ensure you read each section carefully and meet the required deadlines.

We look forward to working with you in making this a successful event!

Informa Connect Global Finance is committed to improving diversity, equality and inclusion in every industry it operates in, through our agendas and specialist programmes to encourage a variety of demographics. We expect all our participants, exhibitors and sponsors to support this ethos. We will be asking all our stakeholders to take care when designing their stands, promotions and other communications to ensure that our events contribute to promoting equality in the industry. Please see these additional guidelines for all sponsor and exhibitor attendees.

AT EVENT SAFETY

Your safety at our events is our top priority. Please click here to see what we will be doing at this event to ensure we can bring you together with your peers, clients and colleagues as safely as possible.

SUSTAINABILITY & INFORMA CONNECT

We aim for all of our events to be run in an environmentally and socially responsible way whilst seeking to inspire sustainable development in our markets.

We do this not only because more than 80% of our attendees tell us that they care that our events are run in a responsible manner, but because it is the right thing to do for our customers, colleagues, and the communities we serve.

Here is a 10 point check list which reflects our commitment to running a sustainable event with the cooperation of our partners.

By working together, we can make the event more memorable, meet our audience’s expectations and reduce wasted time, resources, and costs.

SUSTAINABILITY AT SUPERRETURN CFO/COO & REMOVAL OF GIVEAWAYS

Through our commitment to the evolution of sustainability in the exhibitions industry, we aim to ensure that we are delivering the best possible experience for our customers. We believe that by moving away from the use of disposable exhibition stands we will improve the ease, quality, safety and sustainability of the exhibitor experience at our events. Therefore, as part of event regulation we ask that exhibitors do not use disposable stands. Disposable stands are defined as space only stands made to be used only once which are usually constructed from raw materials at the venue during build up and the main structure is disposed of after the event. XXXPlease see the information here on our Better Stand commitment.XXXX

In keeping with our sustainability aims at SuperInvestor we are asking that exhibitors do not provide giveaways at this event and we would like all of our exhibitors to embrace this sustainability goal with us.

In order to assist with this, and remove the need for handouts and giveaways, SuperInvestor will provide QR codes to exhibitors that can be shown on your stand – these can be used for people to download materials such as white papers or brochures, or to simply share their details with you. SuperInvestor's lead generation system will be provided to you to upload these materials, track leads and make notes. Please see more details on this in the Lead Generation section below.

Please contact Rachel Lewis if you have any questions about this at all.
